Overview
Fitness Enthusiasts have to deal with multiple apps to deal with their fitness goals. It is very time consuming task to check different apps for tracking different health related parameters. Additionally it is a demotivating factor to be wasting time over multiple apps.
This app is designed to provide fitness enthusiasts a one-stop fitness solution which recommends diets, workouts and activities based ont he fitness goals of the user considering the current health parameters such as BMI.
Key Features
Recommended Workouts: Workouts are recommended based on different categories such as time duration, body area etc in sync with the user goals. Other physical activities such as yoga and challenges are kept to keep the user motivated.
Customize Workouts: As per your Daily goals, Select from the various categories and add to you favourites list.
Nutrition: Diets can be chosen from nutrition tab as well as from recommendation from home page. Nutrition gives user to select between different diet options.
Nutritional Value: BY clicking on the particular dish user can get the nutritional value of the food and the information regarding at what time, in what quantity it will be beneficial.
Mission
To design a user-friendly fitness app that motivates and supports users in achieving their health goals through intuitive UX, engaging UI, and seamless functionality. The goal is to create a solution that balances personalization, progress tracking, and community engagement while maintaining an aesthetically refined and accessible experience.
Impact
We tested the prototype and wherever users experienced difficulties, we revisited those designs with potential solutions and strategies in order to establish new ways of solving the same problems.
